23 Jan Biker Chic Ballerina
Tunic/Dress: Fashions of Fancy
Necklace: BaubleBar (on sale!)
When I saw Pantone release the colors for 2016, I was so excited that Rose Quartz was one of them! For some reason I just gravitate to this blush color any time that I see it. I love that it’s girly and feminine, but on this particular day, I wanted that side but also wanted to bring my edgy side! I call this ballerina biker chic because this color takes me back to my dancing days when I did ballet and the biker chic part for obvious reasons. 😉
The obvious way to take any outfit from girly to edgy is to just add a leather jacket..instant rocker chic status! I love this one from Express because it has the fringe details that are also really in this year.
I call this a tunic/dress because it can be worn either way depending on your body type. Since I have a little more curve, I wore these skinnies with leather inserts underneath from NY&CO, just to prevent any peek-a-boo moments, plus I was wearing this to work. It would also look great with boots while it’s still cold, or I know I’ll be bringing this out in the warmer weather to wear with sandals.
While I was feeling the leather details, I added in this fringe necklace from BaubleBar. You guys will hear me mention them a lot because I really do love their jewelry! I noticed these fringe tassel necklaces were popping up everything this year but seemed a bit pricey for me, so I decided to create my own! You will now find every color of the rainbow available in the Fashions of Fancy boutique and also a customize option for any idea you may have.
I am obsessed with graphic quote anything recently, and love this clutch from Forever 21! One side is embossed with “All Dressed Up” and the other side says “And No Place To Go”. Although it’s no longer available, they have some even better ones that have recently came out that I will link below.
These shoes are from Dolce Vita and have a fun fur print. They are also older, but I found some available on Amazon linked it below.
I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
