Sally Beauty Haul

09 Feb Sally Beauty Haul

I have teamed up with Sally Beauty to bring you my most loved beauty finds. I used to always go to Sally Beauty to get nail polish when I was in high school, but never realized all of the other goodies that the carry. I pop in once a month to get my beauty fix at an affordable price and today I’m sharing with you my favorite steals from my Sally Beauty Haul. (your bank account will thank me!)

You can shop all of these products at and I’ll link each of them below. The 3 piece bag set was a free gift with purchase in stores, but I do not see it online to link.

Foaming Cleanser // Peel Off Mask // Nail Polish // Beauty Sponge // Eyeliner // Purple Shampoo

Sally Beauty just launched new skin care products this month, and I decided to try two from Beyond Belief’s In the Glow line. These skin care products are supposed to keep your skin looking young while helping to give you more glow..and let’s be real…who doesn’t want more glow!?!

First up is the daily foaming cleanser. It does a great job at removing makeup and oil but doesn’t dry my face out. It has cucumber extract and Willowbark extract to soften skin, leaving it with a glow. I really like the fresh cucumber smell of this face wash and my skin feels clean after using it but doesn’t feel dry or stripped like with some other products.

Next up is the Beyond Belief In the Glow weekly use peel off mask. This mask has a peptide blend with Colloidal Platinum that takes off dead skin cells to reveal fresher and healthy looking skin. It’s easy to use too; you just slather a layer of it on your face. Be sure to avoid your eyebrows or hairline or you might be cursing at me later. 😀 Takes some “me time” and relax for about 20-30 minutes or paint your toes like I did with the polish I got below. 😉 Then just slowly and gently peel off the mask and your left with smooth and glowing skin! I’ve only tried this mask once, but my face felt wonderful afterward! I’ll keep you updated in a few weeks as I use it multiple times.

Speaking of that nail polish color I mentioned. I got this fun China Glaze (Point me to the Party) multi color glitter polish that is great for your nails if you just want some fun pops of color or you can do like I did and put it over a light pink shade on your toes for the perfect top coat!

It wouldn’t be a trip to Sally Beauty if I didn’t pick up one of these Face Secrets beauty sponges. At under $5, these are a steal and are great quality! I like to dampen mine and use it to apply my concealer and switch them out pretty frequently. It could easily last you a lot longer, I just sometimes get lazy at washing mine and just go buy a new one. (New Year’s resolution to be less wasteful, so I’m still working on that)

There’s nothing like a great eyeliner to create the perfect wing! I really like this Real Colors felt pen tipped black eyeliner. I just discovered it when I went shopping there the other day, but have been using it for several days since and love it! It’s easy to handle and goes on smoothly preventing jagged lines. It’s also long lasting and I haven’t had any smudge issues with it.

And now for the product of all products…are you ready for this!? A lot of you ask me questions about my hair and want to know my routine and how I style it (don’t worry, a hair tutorial is in the works!), and this is the product I have been using for months to keep the brassy out of my bright blonde! It’s a purple shampoo by Shimmer Lights to offset brassiness and is the! Oh and the best part…it’s under $10 for this bottle!! (you’re welcome! 😉 ) I have tried many of the expensive brands and honestly, they haven’t even came close to this one!
